Do you know how to use Essential Oils?

Clary Sage – If you are experiencing insomnia  place a essential oil diffuser near your bed, put 5 to 7 drops of Clary Sage in it 15 minutes before you get into bed.

Using Essential Oils in your Bath:  Add 4-6 drops of pure essential oils to a warm bath along with a dispersant ( such as alcohol or milk) to break up the oil on the surface of the water, which avoids the oil sensitizing your skin.

Cedarwood is known to stimulate melatonin, and by using it in a nebulizer or diffuser on your bedside table may help promote a better nights slumber.

To help relax tense muscles, put several drops of Bergamot Essential Oil in a warm bath.  This helps stimulate hormones that relax the muscles

Try, 2-3 drops of Basil Essential Oil and apply to a hot or cold compress.  Apply to your forehead to help alleviate a headache.
